The Paper based Court Booking system ceases on Sunday 16th May and the On-Line Booking System starts on Monday 17th May. All Bookings made on the On-Line Booking system for sessions from May 17th are live bookings.
This message has been sent to email addresses that have registered with the Club, in the system the email address is unique, some families have used the same email address for all members of the same family, when this has occurred only one email has been sent.
This email is to advise you that you can pick up your User ID and PIN for the system by,
- Go to the Weald website, http://www.the-weald.co.uk
- Click on the last menu item ‘Court Booking’
- A new window will load displaying the Booking System.
- Click on the Forgotten ID or PIN
- A new page will load, enter your email address, if you have entered a registered email address an email will be sent to you with a link to page were you can reset your PIN.
Please obtain your PIN as soon as possible.
Every Member of the Club will have a USER ID and PIN.
A member may not have received this message for one of the following reasons.
- They may have not renewed their Membership
- There may not be a registered email address.
- Duplicate email addresses have been used.
For Members who have not registered an email address with the Club or have used a duplicate email address there will a Letter for them on Reception later in the week which contains their User ID and PIN.
If for some reason there is not an envelope on reception then complete a form on Reception .

If you make any bookings as trial, please delete them after, or only make test bookings before 16th May.
