HIRE OF FUNCTION ROOMS
The newly refurbished Club (‘the Premises’) offers two areas for hire: the Function Room for parties, clubs (e.g. bridge/book/language), etc. and a further smaller room which is set up as a Meeting Room.
The main car park and overflow car park has free parking for approximately 50 cars.
The Function Room is situated on the first floor of the Clubhouse, accessed on this level from the car park. It is licensed to accommodate up to 150 people and has a fully equipped kitchen and bar. Male/female toilets are on the ground floor, with a disabled toilet on the same level as the Function Room.
The kitchen is available for use and the bar stocks a large selection of drinks. Any specials required can be ordered in on request. The hirer may bring in wine or champagne, for which a corkage charge will be made at £3.00 per bottle.
The Function Room is available for hire for parties on Saturday nights from 7.00pm to 12.30 am. No outside activity is permitted after 10.00pm and the bar closes at 12.00 midnight. Any music must also finish at 12.00 midnight.
The Meeting Room is situated on the ground floor and seats up to 10 people. Facilities in the Meeting Room include a television and DVD. Hot and cold drinks and refreshments can be supplied as required at an additional charge.
